• Financing options (if applicable) are subject to third-party approval

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, inventory, or external factors.

iSecure is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing times

• Additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by authorities

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

 

5. Warranty & Support

iSecure products include limited warranty coverage (terms may vary by product).

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Misuse or abuse

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by external factors (weather, electrical issues, etc.)

Technical support is provided at the discretion of iSecure and may be limited based on service agreements.

Returns, if accepted, must:

• Be in unused and resellable condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Loss, theft, or damages occurring despite system installation

Security systems are preventive tools, not guarantees of protection.

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

• Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Use of our products is at your own risk.

By purchasing and using iSecure equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• System performance depends on proper installation, configuration, and maintenance

• External factors (internet failure, power outages, human error, or environmental conditions) may affect system operation

Any misuse of iSecure products for unlawful surveillance, privacy violations, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
